Choose Skyfrog TMS and you get both the system and the support behind it. Cloud server: a stable, secure cloud platform with your data reachable from anywhere.
Helpdesk support: our support team is available 24 hours a day via LINE ID @skyfrog or support@skyfrog.net.
Specialist remote support: our specialists advise by phone from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Sales support: advice and answers about the packages on 02-692-8731-4.
Infrastructure SLA of 99.99%: guaranteed system stability with a response within 4 hours. Note: the price excludes mobile devices and air-time charges. System customisation is charged separately.
Terms of use and payment
For our customers' convenience, Skyfrog's terms are as follows:
Payment is monthly, starting from the first month (minimum contract term of 1 year).
Delivery time: 1–2 weeks after the quotation or PO is confirmed.
New version updates: can be set to update automatically or manually.
Support covers issues arising from Skyfrog TMS only.

Frequently asked questions
Which mobile platforms does SKYFROG TMS support?
The driver application supports current versions of both iOS and Android.
Can it integrate with our existing ERP or accounting system?
Yes. The system integrates through a web API and FTP file exchange with existing ERP and accounting systems.
How do we add licences beyond the package allowance?
Additional licences can be purchased — contact sales on 02-692-8731-4 or sales@skyfrog.net for a quote.
What is included in the price?
Cloud hosting, 24-hour helpdesk via LINE @skyfrog or support@skyfrog.net, specialist remote support Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30, sales support, and a 99.99% infrastructure SLA with a four-hour response. Mobile devices and airtime are not included.
Is there a minimum contract?
Billing is monthly from the first month with a minimum one-year term. Rollout begins one to two weeks after the quote or PO is confirmed.
